The Veterans' Day weekend of 2001 was a convenient time for the family to get together to observe not only Veterans Day, but numerous birthdays and anniversaries that fall in November. Although completely unplanned, unorganized, and uncoordinated, 15 family members assembled in Santa Fe, and Tricia quickly turned the impromptu event into a memorable activity-filled 3-day mini-reunion.
